About Nick Holt
Hi my name is Nick Holt and I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I help men over 40 move, look, and feel better.
I live on the beach in Costa Rica and when I’m not training clients in person, you’ll find me surfing or playing in and around the ocean. I have a degree from Emory University and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, and a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRC-ms).
With over 25 years experimenting on myself and over a decade training and coaching other men, I’ll show you the path forward to getting and staying fit as you get older.
