I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and movement specialist on a mission to show you how to move, look, and feel better as you get older! I’ve transformed my own body in my 40’s and more importantly, I’ve helped hundreds of other guys 40+ do the same thing.

I left the corporate finance world almost 15 years ago and moved to the beach in Costa Rica to start a personal training business, Nick Holt Fitness, where I still live today.

I’ve spent almost 15 years training and coaching men to help them get stronger, shed body fat, and get more fit as they get older.

I believe we all have the right to feel good in our bodies and do the things that give us joy without being limited by pain, low energy, or body fat.
