✅ Get Clear: Why do you want what you want? Get clarity on your why and consistent action will follow.

✅ Sleep well: Optimize sleep with a specific night time routine (use rules to create habits).

✅ Manage Stress: Use breathing, yoga, meditation, walking, salt water, or nature to manage your stress.

Nick Holt

Hi my name is Nick Holt and I help men over 40 move, look, and feel better. As a personal trainer AND nutrition coach, I’ve created a simple framework to get fit and stay fit as we get older.

If you want to lose weight as a man over 40, you need to focus on the right actions and avoid common mistakes that I see all the time.

With over 25 years experimenting on myself and over a decade training and coaching other men, I’ll show you the path forward to getting and staying fit after 40…

I live on the beach in Costa Rica and when I’m not training clients in person, you’ll find me surfing or playing in and around the ocean. I have a degree from Emory University and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, and a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRC-ms).
